Located in the rural town of Okayama, Japan (in the heart of Japan's textile manufacturing region), Nihon Menpu was one of the first Japanese mills to produce denim and is credited with having crafted some of the world's most beautiful indigo-dyed fabrics for almost a century. This pair is made from heavy 14 1/2-ounce selvedge denim (like the old-fashioned styles) that's woven on vintage looms that weave softer, more "relaxed" fabrics and is hand-finished for the look of a vintage pair.
